2008 OFF-SEASON RATES
Jan. 1 up to Memorial Weekend and
after Labor day weekend to Dec. 31
Housekeeping Units
$70.00 for two - $10 for each additional person per night
Motel Units
$62.00 for two - $10 for each additional person per night
Children and babies are charged the same as adults Covered Boat Wells: $6, $8, or $14 per day
Deposit is required with each reservation
$200 in-season and $100 off-season
Complete cabin rent is due in FULL upon arrival

Check-In Time is AFTER 4pm
Check-out Time is BEFORE 11am
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
Prices are subject to change. You will be held financially responsible for the complete number of nights you have reserved, to be paid in advance upon arrival. As all of our units are basically the same, we do not promise any specific units number, unless you care to add a $100 "Special" booking fee for this service which is NOT applied to your deposit.
